Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. However, if we fail to deliver the agreed service within the stated timeframe, or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered, please contact us at support@ecomblitz.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

For Store Audits: if we fail to identify at least 5 actionable improvements to your store, we will issue a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for work already completed and delivered.`
